  • Designed and created a seasonal WIC client class on container gardening.
  • Participated in high-risk pregnancy and infant client counseling.
  • Conducted a staff meeting in-service and class demonstration on vitamin D.

  • Conducted and evaluated three DASH diet lessons at low-income elderly apartment complexes.
